Maybe you can try with Express Profiler and Extended Events. Both of them are replacement of SQL Server Profiler.

Sorry, I cant use snything from the SQL Server side. its SQL 2008R2, and I'm not admin and I have not the rights to see the activity at the server level.
I need a powerbi side solution.

Currently there is no such feature on PBI side can meet your requirement. Maybe you can vote it in the idea site.
