How to get the data in this format?

Hi, I have the data in the following format:

I want to create a matrix visual in the below format: How can I achieve that?

    HI Anonymous ,

     

    You can achieve this by doing as follows:

    • Move your firstname column to Rows section on the matrix visual
    • Move your sports played column to Column section on the matrix visual
    • Move COUNT(ID) column to Values section on the matrix visual

    I created one matrix visual at my end with the data I have:
