How to get selected measure name and it's value in Table

I wish to be have and 2 columns wirh below  columns basis on selection of Slicer/dropdown

Measure Name

Measure output value

Table should be display Measure name in Column Name and out put should next column with result of that measure

Well similer to this but whenever i select a slicer value according to that in 2 column table visual it should show selected measure name and next column it's results

for example i select Emp. UTZ then ishould show like below

Selected Value |  Value

 Emp. UTZ        |  98.50%

I doubt that you could get the measure name by formula.
