How to get embed report option?

Hi,

 

I have a user that need to use Embed Report option but he cannot find this option. How to grant this access in a way that this user only embed the report without changing any setting/measures or even edit the Power BI report?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Secure embed works for reports published to the Power BI service.

    So, you need to publish the report to the service first.

    The Embed report is in the File of the menu bar at the top of the report.

     

    Embedding a report requires Viewer permissions on the report. (If users view the report from the Publish to Web link, there is no top menu bar and embedded reports cannot be used. So, check if this is the case for the user.)

     

    Other: To view the report, the user also needs permission to view the report. At the same time, different licenses are required to view the report according to the property of the workspace capacity in which the report resides.
