How to get custom columns and values together in a table

Hi,

I need to create the below table in power bi.

I can create the measures without any issues.

But the issue I am having is presenting my data in the table format exactly like below.

Like, how does one go about creating custom row labels like "Annual Target", "YTD", Revenue to achieve target", "Trading Days", "Required Run Rate" and making the right measures appear next to them?

I really need to know how to do this as this is just one example of this particular scenario.

Thanks,

2 ACCEPTED SOLUTIONS

You put the measures you created in the value section of the matrix visual. If you need to change the name of the measure for the visual, you can do it in the pill in the values section:

Since it's the header the easiest way would be to just layer a text box or card visual over it and put in whatever you want

Sorry, I forgot to ask one more thing, how can I add header/some text in the section I boxed in red in the visual below?

That doesn't help at all.

Where do I input custom row names, how do I assign the right measures to my row names so that when I display it, the right row has the right measure next to it.

Use a Matrix visual and then in formatting go to Values > Options > Switch values to rows and toggle on
