How to get average of selected area in scatter plot

Hello, 

I have a table with easting, northing and speed. This is how it looks like in scatter plot. 

I want to find the average speed in perticular section of the plot. 

is it posible to filter or create a zone or anything else in Power BI to find the average speed ?
