How to get a Text Card to Display 2 Selected Values at Once?

Try this measure. The new card visual allows you to left-align text.

 

Measure - ISP = 
IF (
    ISFILTERED ( '4 - ISP'[Code or Description] ),
    CONCATENATEX ( VALUES ( '4 - ISP'[Code or Description] ), '4 - ISP'[Code or Description] & UNICHAR ( 10 ) ),
    "(No Alarm Selected)"
)
