Hi Guys,
I keep running into the situation in which I have a slicer but it doesnt show the categories only the exact numbers not sure what to do. I have added Net Revenue, Gross Revenue & Cost on the slicer but doesnt come up with the correct categories just numbers.
Below is a photo If someone could assist me.

Hi @Anonymous ,
If you need to appear categories, you need to unpivot these two in PQ to get a column of numbers and a column of attributes. Attribute column to distinguish Net Revenue from Gross Revenue.
Let's say it's your current situation.
Go to the Power Query Editor, select the two fields, and click "Unpivot Columns".
Then click "Close&Apply" and go back to Power BI Desktop, put two new fields into slicer, you'll get this.

Hi,
I am not familiar with what your saying could you give me better instructions. I have tried changing it to a visual filter on the main visual but nothing has changed.
Take "revenue type" column(if you have) in any other related table, sothat ypou will get, otherwise apply visual level filter on the main visual.
