How to get a Card to show $0 instead of (Blank)

I have read through many posts regarding similar issues but haven't found one that would work for my situation. I am using Cards to show different dollar amounts. When I use the filters, if there is no dollar amounts, the cards show "(Blank)" instead of $0. I'm sure there is probably an easy solution to this but I'm still trying to figure out all the different functions of the DAX language! 

The measure I'm using is: 

Fees Charged = CALCULATE(SUM('Expense'[CalculatedCost]),'Expense'[IsEstimate] IN { TRUE })

You can add 0 at the end like

CALCULATE(SUM('Expense'[CalculatedCost]),'Expense'[IsEstimate] IN { TRUE }) + 0
