How to get TEAMS Organization Data

Hi,

 

   We are trying to get General data from TEAMS form our Organization. We have been working form home for the last year and it seems we will contnue with this. So our General Maanger has asked to geth this data to have a sense of "conection" of our organization. In general they want to see what is in the current admin report of teams but in power BI to do "slicing", filtering by user and others.

 

   For example, they want to see the total count of calls, the total minutes in calls, the total activity in chats and others. See screen shot of the report generated in the teams protal. I asume if this exists their is a way to get this data.  I have tried with success to get info on this... but I must be missing something becasue I asume all companies want to have this dashboard.

    Hi, Drako 

     

    You may try Teamspower  and tyGraph Teams Analytics for Microsoft 365  to see if they help. In Power BI service, you can click 'Get Data' under 'Service' and then search for these two apps.
