How to get KPI with value and dynamic Green Up Arrow and Red Down Arrow

Hi All,

I want to achieve something in Power BI (for KPI). I want to show the measure value with Green up arrow or Red down arrow in that same KPI. I am comparing the current quarter data with previous quarter in that KPI. If current quarter value is greated than previous quarter then it should show GREEN Up Arrow else RED Down.Reference image attached below.
