How to format a specific row or column in a matrix? (Display number, highlight)

Hello experts,

I'm trying to make a matrix in PBI like below, but have two main challenges. May I have your advice?

Matrix visualization I want to have

1. How to show 'Diff (%)' as % format but the rest as number?

2. How to make 'Diff (%)' row highlighted with light yellow backgound?

3. How to make 'January' and 'Februray' columns highlighted in light gray?
