How to format a custom tooltip to look like default one?

What you could do, even if it's not 100% the look and feel of the standard tooltip is to create a custom one with a matrix and set the option to Switch values to row groups... from Values settings.
You can afterwards bring your data in the table and, with a little bit of formatting you should be able to get a good result.
