Hi,
I simplified the problem. Having a report page with two slicers, Year slicer and Period slicer. And a matrix containing date and number of transactions.
In the first figure I select a year, 2022, and a period, December peak, and it is showing me the dates in that December peak.
In the second figure I select a year, 2022, and a no period. It is showing me the dates available for 2022 as well as that December peak. Be aware, in my dataset there was no data for May peak, otherwise it would have shown here as well.
What I would like is the folowing:
How do I do that (in an easy way) ?
regards
Ron
Solved! Go to Solution.
Option would be to hide the period slicer as long as no peak period is selected
Option would be to hide the period slicer as long as no peak period is selected
I force the user to select at least one peak period
That is pointless as in Power BI "Nothing selected" is equivalent to "All Selected" (with some nuances that are not important here)
Quick fix: Make the Period slicer single select.
