How to flag if image url is not loaded in Power BI?

Hello community,

I was wondering if there is a way to capture or flag if an image url is not available/loaded.
Below is a table with an image url column where it shows a default Power BI icon image if not loaded but how can capture that image?. For example [Exist/NotExist] = IF([Image test] = defaultimage THEN "No image available" ELSE [Image test]

Based on my research and test, this is not available currently. You can create an idea about this requirement at Ideas (powerbi.com) to let product team know it.
