How to fix the values in Matric

I have a matrix for origin and destination like below.

How can I fix the row and column count from the table? Please help me on urgent bases

Ex: For origin 1: Sum is 321 and same origin count is 268, how can I add 321+268

In addition, I have a little confused about your requirement.

How do you show the 321+268? Do you want to show it in Matrix?

I just want to Add each row sum and column sum and want to represent the total with respect to each code
