How to find lower bound value from measure when compared with another measure

Hi,

How to find the Lower Bound value of a measure in Power BI from a Visual.

Suppose I have a "line and clustered column" visual where I want to find the expected time and cost the project needs to be finished and how much time it took to finish.

I have found this data point value with the help of data date columnI have found this data point value with the help of data date columnHow to find this value as I don't have any column which matches this valueHow to find this value as I don't have any column which matches this value

Hi,

I have attached the sample file where it is interlinked with multiple measures, except "Date (bins)" Everything is a measure in my actual report file and I have created how those measures are created by commenting them in the file.
Is there any way that we can achieve the nearest lower value of the "Sum of ***bleep** Actual" in the visual?

Note: Here I cannot upload the sample file since I don't have an option to share it. Can you help me how to share it?

Hi, @adarshthouti

You can use Google Drive to share links to pbix files with no sensitive data (please set up access without a login account).

Hi, @adarshthouti

I have checked your pbix file, but there is no Measure in the visual object as described in the title, how do you find the minimum value, you can describe your requirement and implementation logic in details.

Okay, I can give you an example suppose if I have a table like below

earned value example.jpg

Let us think I have a budget of $20 in ID = 1 and the lowest near value of that $20 in expenditure is $15

So how to create a measure in order to get the value $15

Hi, @adarshthouti

In Power BI, you can use DAX to calculate the lower bound of a metric, which needs to be done in the context of your calculations, you can convert your visual object to a table, which makes calculations based on tables easier, or you can share a pbix file with no sensitive data that can help you solve the problem.
