I have a a requiremnet here. The scenario is described below:
Hello,
I have a requirement here where data looks like below
The table data looks like
ID | Parent ID | Name |
1 | 2 | A |
2 | 4 | B |
3 | 1 | C |
4 | 5 | D |
Now i want to find the name of Parent. For example for ID 1 the Parent ID is 2. So i want to return Parent name which in this case would be B.
how can i achieve this?

Make a calculated column:
ParentName := LOOKUPVLAUE(DataTable[Name], DataTable[ID], DataTable[Parent ID])
Make a calculated column:
ParentName := LOOKUPVLAUE(DataTable[Name], DataTable[ID], DataTable[Parent ID])
