How to find Power BI visualization ID

I have a table visualization in a Desktop report and want to run code on the table. How do I find the ID for table visualization (e.g. "Table1" or "Table2")?

    PhilipTreacy selimovd Thanks guys for your help! I have worked around my problem so no longer need to identify the visualization table. 

     

    That said, it would nonetheless be interesting to round off this thread to know how one can find visualization IDs!

Hey CJDK ,

 

first select the visualization that you want to know where the data is coming from.

Then hover over the fields in the Visualization pane. After a few seconds the table and name of the original column will appear:
