How to filter those sales drop customer ?

Hi All

Ashish_Mathur provide me the below expression , enable to rank my cusotmer sales for 2019 and 2020. 

Now i like to know how what is the faster to filter those customer have drop ? i have create a field Rank Yr Vari field to compute the ranking changes. since this field is a measure i am not able to place at filter Pan.
