How to filter the chart

Anonymous , You can use the bookmark/ button for that. Card will not give the  click event

No, the card cannot initiate interaction with other visuals, because the card shows a value.

Depending on your data model, maybe you can create buttons or slicers, etc.

If you provide a sample .pbix file I will try to implement it for you.
