    You can create a measure like below: 

    SalesFilter = COUNTROWS(SALES)

     Then assign it to the visual filter of the slicer and set it to "Not is Blank"

paolomint without crossfilter you cannot do it except you have to create visual level filters for the slicers, this post will help Filter slicers without using bidirectional filters in Power BI - SQLBI
