How to extract the title or sub-title from a Microsoft Form and output in Power BI with Flow?

Hello, I am looking to extract the information contained in the sub-title of a form/survey in Microsoft Forms.  This inofrmation will then be passed through a Flow into Power BI (similar to any answers to the survey questions).

I have this all setup fine to output the answers to the survey questions through flow and into Power BI (screenshot below).  However there is important information in the sub-title I would also like to extract in Power BI.  This will save the person filling out the survey to add this information each time (long internal project ID's).

Any help on this much appreciated.

@SimpoPower ,

I would suggest you to read the third-party blog below about how to connect to microsoft forms using flow.

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community-Blog/From-Forms-to-PowerBI-and-the-glue...

In addtion, if this issue still persists, you can use web connector to connect to the forms page, please refer to similar case below:

Hello Jimmy, thanks for your response.

Yes, I already have the flow setup between microsoft forms and power BI.  This already works ok outputting the asnswers from the respondents to the questions.  The question I am asking is not how to extract the answers the survey questions, it is, if it is possible to extract the title or sub-title of the survey that was filled out.  For example if the title was 'Project Review Feedback for project no. 11111', I am looking to bring this data into Power BI.

Let me know if you think poissible.
