How to extract records value into a cell

Hello All,

I have a SharePoint list that has two fields.

1-Project name (Single line of text)

2-Managers (Person or Group> Allow multiple selection>Yes)

I imported this into Power BI.

At power Query Editor:

Under the Manger column I see two list items as shown on the screenshot-1 below.

When I click on a list, I see 2 records as shown on the screenshot-2 below.

When I click on a record, I see all data that relevant to that record. Please see the attached screenshot-3

My question is this:

I want display those records’ (right now there are two records however there can be more than two records) value in a column like this:

Column:

title1, title2, title3 so on….

How can I achieve this?

Hi @Dersim ,

instead of expanding the column, you can add a new column with this formula:

Text.Combine([Managers][title], ", ")

@Dersim What happens when you use the diverging arrows in the header of Managers, what options do you have?

We are almost there.

It gives me two options: 

1-Expand to New Rows

2-Exract Values

The second option(Exract Values) gives error.

However, the first option gives me the list of values. Please see in the screen below.

When I chose the title valu which I am after. Then it works well but it creates extra rows for each value.

However, I want to have those values like this: Column : Manager.title-1, Manager.title-2, etc.

How can I get the data in this way?
