How can i extract the brands in different columns in power BI containing , (commas). I am new to BI.

In Power Query, use Split Column option:
Select the following options in the next windows.
This will split your column into multiple columns based on the commas
If you need to split them into new rows instead of columns then click Advanced in the second window and select Rows:
