If you want to disable for a visual. Hide the title and publish (Title off in visualization format/properties). This will be disabled in publish mode only.

If you mean public to web (public), based on this document:&nbsp;However, the following kinds of reports aren't currently supported or available with&nbsp;Publish to web:&nbsp;Exporting data from visuals in a report that has been published to the web.

Or you can use embeded in portal, it support export data.

Hello You could do it, I also want my tables to be copied to an excel but it does not let me select to copy the entire table or graph when I have already published it!
