How to export a table WITH blank values
Hello,
I have a table that has the dollar amount per vendor for todays date. Sometimes these are blank.
I am wanting to export this table as is, with blank values but when I export it only exports items with values.
Is there a way to export exactly how it is shown in the report?
Highlighted yellow below are fields I added manually to show what I would like the export to show
Thanks

Hi DSmith4 ,
According to the screenshot you provided, the dollar amount field value is a summary value of each supplier per date. So the data is the summarized data when exported data. You can export the underlying data by the following steps in Power BI desktop and Power BI service:
- Export data in Power BI desktop
You can set it to not be summarized when you put field “Sum of Amount” onto visual(just like below image), then export the data.
2. Export data in Power BI service
- Power BI Desktop: please make sure the data export option “Allow end users to export both summarized and underlying data from the service or Report Server” has been selected (File > Options and Settings > Options, Under CURRENT FILE, select Report setting>Export data)
- Power BI service side: Select the ellipsis from the upper-right corner of the visualization. Select Export data > Underlying data, click “Export”
You can review full details of exporting data in this documentation.
