How to exclude some value in the column based on the content

I tried to apply summarize dax to create the new table. But in this table, How should I exclude the item whose description contains 'Sub'.  (see below) Thanks!

you can do that:

FILTER('tbl',NOT(CONTAINSSTRING('tbl'[Description] ,"sub")))
