How to exclde table values from conditional formatting?
In the above table, I would like to exclude column 2022 Qtr 4 from conditional formatting so that the previous values are not affected.

Maybe you can try Color based on a calculation. You may need to use switch to define multiple color phases. But the final color will not be a gradient color.
