How to enable Workspace Premium Capacity

I have worspace with this settings,

But still I don't see any Diamond in the workspace.

If the report or dashboard isn't hosted in a Premium capacity, as indicated by the diamond icon,

I already enabled Premium capacity from settings but still bussiness users are not getting free access?

@iqb , You have to create a new workspace, while creating that you will get the option to choose premium .

Or Assign workspace to capacity

I doubt that will be true for my workspace
