I have a text box, that works as an 'action button' to send an email... The link is in this format:
mailto:help@company.com?subject=Att.%20Tact%20Report%20%2F%20Time%20Registers%20and%20Staff%20%2F%20Solutio&body=Dear%20ServiceDesk%20%0A%0A%5BInsert%20feedback%20here%20-%20Please%20provide%20screendu
I wanna create a nice template email... is there a way I can do it in Power BI, and have a nice format... or how can I create a mailto link with my prefered format, color of leter, etc?
I would keep the Action Button, though use it to launch a new Service Desk Incident, and let the Service Desk Platform manage the logic, workflow, and notifications (that will happen anyway).
