How to edit a data field in a table

I apologize for my "newbieness," just can't believe I can't figure out this simple task.

• I have created a simple table, with column 1 replicating fields from another table and then column 2 with desired names so I can classify the data as I want.
• I left out text in the last field of column 2.
• How do I now get to that field to add some text? I have tried rt-clicking, dbl clicking, etc and can't seem to get back into the field...

How did you create your table? Did you use Enter Data? If so, edit queries and then click on the gear icon for the Source step in the query.
