How to edit PowerBI Desktop default Themes ?

Hi,

My company would like to edit the default list of PowerBI Themes so that we can our themes by default.

Is there a way that can get the theme imported without having users manually import the JSON file from the GUI?

    No, the only way to have custom themes is by uploading the JSON file. Those options there are by default and controlled by Power BI.
