If you're trying to cross-highlight using a slicer, that’s not possible right now. Slicers only filter. They don’t cross-highlight other visuals. And since a legend is involved, conditionally changing the oppacity fo the bar colors currenlty isn't possible. You might want to try doing this with Deneb.
