How to do the following data transformation in power query?

Hi,

I am trying to implement the following data transformation in Power Query. Does anyone have any idea how to do this. I have tried various combinations of pivot/unpivot and grouping with no success. Basically I just want to group by the ID and the make the other 2 columns into header and values for each of the ID's. The attached screenshot is hopefully clear.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello,

In Power Query select the "Name" column and click Transform>Pivot Column. Select "Value" column and ok.
