How to do percentage

I would like to see the percentage of each BU (APP, HW,FW) 

I dont know what dax function to use,, I need the sum of APP divide each of the APP  etc.. ( sum of Brand A / each Brand)

and i need to add 3 filter. while i click it automalitly show the percentage. 

Below will show Brand, Department etc. 

Here is one of the filter i would like to show.

@tyan , for % of Grand totalof a measure , we will use

divide([measure], calculate([measure], allselected())

for % of Sub Total

divide([measure], calculate([measure], removefilters(Table[Brand]))

divide([measure], calculate([measure], filters(allselected(Table) , Table[Department] max(Table[Department] ) ))
