Solved: How to do an IF greater than function when cell is...

I have this measure that is working well, but when the [Expected Flow] is not calculated for certain areas, the result is still "Exceeds limit". I would like an 'IF NOT BLANK' filter to be added as well for when "exceeds limit" is empty. Thanks!

Red Flag for Overflow = IF(Water[Flow]>Water[ExpectedFlow], "Exceeds Limit", "")
