How to display long paragraph text in tooltips

Is there any way I can add a long paragraph to my tooltips using image? really need it for my key highlights..

@Anonymous Basically impossible without additional details. Follow the link. Essentially you can display an entire other page as a tooltip but you have provided such little detail it's impossible to be more specific. You can try this first: MAGIC! - Microsoft Power BI Community

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Basically this is what i want... eg:

1) Sample text to display paragraph text using image (tooltips)

The virus can spread from an infected person’s mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe. These particles range from larger respiratory droplets to smaller aerosols.

You can be infected by breathing in the virus if you are near someone who has COVID-19, or by touching a contaminated surface and then your eyes, nose or mouth. The virus spreads more easily indoors and in crowded settings
