How to display correct data using a measure on matrix using levels (PATH)

Hi, beautiful people.

I have a table with employees,  manager and CEO. I calculated the hierarchy and levels using PATH ans PATHITEM

I want to display a matrix showing names using a measure.

Any suggestions to create a measure?
