How to display Traffic Flow on Maps

->Case :

I have around 1 melon records like following:
 [ID],[longitude],[latitude],[Time]  Attached_sources
those are
all cars has been located in two streets on same city during 24 Hours for one day

TASK :
1) display Traffic Flow on Map for all of them like this examples:

REASON :

in-order to find externally traffic areas and finding some solutions to avoid it.

Challenges:

1) can`t find in power BI any thing could make the objects dynamci on the map.

2)can1t make special collore for each car track "around 10000 cars"
