How to display ALL x-axis values AND order by x-axis value

Hi everyone,

I am trying to produce a simple bar chart to show how the number of transactions, "Moves", varies with Time of Day (Hour).

I have a measure for 'Number of Moves' which comes from a Transactions table and I have a TimeTable joined with a 1-1 relationship with a time stamp in the Transactions table.

I am plotting the measure 'Number of Moves' against 'Hour' (from the TimeTable).

If I set the X-axis as categorical, I get the chart I want, but not every bar has its x-axis label:

If I change the X-axis to categorical, then I get the x-axis bars labelled but the sort is in the wrong order.

I have read other posts about changing the sort-by column, but the only options I have are from the TableTable.

What I need to do, is to sort by Hour, but when I select this option from the drop-down, there is no change - it still sorts in descending order by y-axis!

Thanks for any help or insights, I know this should be simple but I can't figure it out!

Thank you

Michael  🙂

Yes it worked! Thank you, I didn't realise there was a sort option within the visual.

Thank you so much for your help 🙂
