How to disable Scheduled Refresh option for non Admin roles

Hi,

I've searched the forums here and I'm hoping to find more granular permissions for Power BI Desktop Scheduled Refresh.

I know about the role permissions from here:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-roles-new-workspaces,

Is there specific alternative way to disable the "scheduled refresh" option for the two lower roles below Admin? (Member and Contributor) I'm trying to prevent Scheduled Refresh option on Serverless Azure SQL Databases because it costs money when database is in use from the schedule. Typically the refresh is not required so I'd like to avoid it being enabled in the first place by Non-Admins.  Maybe a way to create a custom role?  I'm new to Power BI so my apoligies.

So far, to my knowledge, this could not be achieveable.

But you could submit idea in this site Ideas Home (microsoft.com), if a idea is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
