How to define Cross Report drill-through for each specific rows in table view?

I am having a requirement to have Summary Dashboard of all 20 distinct products and Detail Dashboard have details specific to each product. In Short, We will have one Summary dashboard and 20 Detail dashboard ( 1 dahsboard for each product). May I know how can I define Cross report drill-through for each specific rows in table view by clicking on "Arrow" icon it should drill-through to Detail Dashboard as shown in the screenshot below.

Also, like to know how can we show color for each row at the begining of each row in the table view as shown below?

Please suggest if you have any recommendation/tips/suggestion how can I achieve this requirement for each rows specific tooltip.

Hi @Vthree 
You can do the drill through navigation which transfer your filter data to the next page.

@Uzi2019  Thank you for your reply but I am facing challenge defining button for each row which help to move to cross report drill-through.
