How to debug report on Production

Hi experts,

can you pls advise?

We develop all reports DEV and then deploye them to TEST and then to PROD using Pipeline.

Challenge is how to debug issue/analyze inconsistency on Production when issue is reported by user. 

Existsing report is binded to dataflows in DEV. So, only option is to refresh all dataflows on DEV, but due to difference in time, you may get different data. Or, you need to manually rebind all dataflows to PROD, but as we have 15 dataflows in each report, it takes some time.

Any idea how to do it efficiently?

I tried to read many posts, but did not find guidance.
