How to debug Power BI paginated

I have a  PBI paginated report that hangs and never completes. The report is stored in PowerBI.com but when I open it in the Report Builder I can't connect to the azure database. I need to determine ...

I'm unable to enter the credentials. They are grayed out.

I'm sorry, but I don't know much about Report Builder. As searched , You can try connecting to your data source on Report Builder to see if the data source can connect.
