How to customize data label in a Donut chart

Hi,   Is it possible to customize the detail label in a donut chart? I would like to add the profit measure to the detail label.         Thanks!   Esther

    Hello EstherBR ,

     

    what rohit1991 mentioned is not possible since the details field doesn't accept measures as you can see below, what I would suggest is to add the profit value as a tooltip and when they hover they can see it.

    of use field parameters so that they can switch in the donut chart between sales and profit .

     

    or use another visual that accepts a measure in the data labels like bar chart and then you can add the concatinated measure that he added in the data labels value.

No. Power BI does not currently allow you to customize the detail label in a donut chart as 'Details Well' does not support measure field. As u are willing to showcase the aggregated value in the 'Details well', it is simply not possible. U can workaround by showing Profit on hover using 'Tooltip' feature OR show Profit dynamically beside donut using smart narrative card.
