How to create row level security with multiple fact and dim tables

Hi everyone, I need assistance 

I have three dim tables  and 3 fact tables,

I am trying to apply row level security using the Business Unit and Location table, however the two does not have relationship see the data model below, if I apply I tried to create a table that has All business units as well as Location in 1 table, but RLS table creates a many side which means it won't filder the Business unit table and location, I am trying to find another means on how to solve this,

Try to create bridge table between the facts tables and then use the filter from bridge table in RLS might this work
