How to create hierarchy on single column in power bi

I Have a table like below and i want create hierarchy on the first column ( Primiray Column )

Please help me on this

I got you, but my problem here is .. i dont want to display the total as a parent.

Please find the screen shot below.

Here i need to display the Child KPIs values as parent .

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please have a try.

Select Home>>Transform Data>>Transform Data>>Add Column >>Add Conditional Column.

Then move the KPI column to the first column. And filled down the column.

Last close and apply,

But i need to display the KPIS as row header (Parent) and the Amber, Red and Green as a child row heder like below .

Can you help on that to ge the same as like above please.....

@Anonymous you need to transform the data in Power Query, it will be easier if you share pbix file with this data and also make sure to share source data files like CSV or excel so that I can perform transformation steps.
