How to create filled Map using Area lat & Long (Bangladesh District)

Hi

I cannot create an area (BD District) filled map in Power BI. It allows me to create only the State (Bangladesh Division) wise Map. Would anyone be able to help me to create one? I have Area (district) wise lat & Long and Name.

For Example :

Country Name: Bangladesh
State/Division: Chittagong
Area/District: Noakhali (My target is to create the report at this level)
District Latitude: 22.866161311137
District Longitude: 91.0965583767411
