How to create combination clustered column and stacked column chart

Hi i have demographic chart like this

Now i also want to combine with information of gender as a stack column in every job grade position. Is there any way ?

this is sample of clustered and stack column chart that i willing to get 

So X axis will be year and breakdown detail of job grade and y axis is number of gender (male & female) as stack
